Ja yksin taas…

To start with a question: Could you, dear wordpress, stop changing things? It’s hard enough for me to post something here every now and then (as everyone can see) and it doesn’t make anything easier that you decided to hide the “New Post” button somewhere…

Anyways…
I’ve been quite everywhere the last weeks, so I might try to get it through as the explanation why I haven’t been writing anything in a – again – quite long time.

I’ve been to Hungary with my boyfriend earlier this month. We visited one of the former exchange students. :)
It was fuuuun. I especially enjoyed our daytrip to Vienna, where we met another friend.
I wanted to go to Vienna for a loooong time already and I’m happy I managed. It is definitely one of the most gorgeous cities I have ever seen and so worth a visit.

Then we went to Heinävesi and Kajaani to store Markus’ car at the cottage while he is in Japan.
We spent the weekend with his father and stepmother and I also got to know his brother and sister + their families. It was really nice, even tho I was horribly panicking before, because his father and stepmum don’t speak English so I knew I would have to speak Finnish. Which itself wouldn’t have been a big issue, but I had this phobia of speaking Finnish to Markus, wherever it came from, no idea.
But it turned out to work well. We started to speak Finnish already on the way there and it’s easier than I thought.
Even though after all the bunch of Finnish gave me headaches during the whole weekend.
Still it is hard if you have to give others (especially your boyfriend’s family) a good first impression about you, when you are not able to picture yourself like you would in your mothertongue or at least English, as the language skills just still aren’t enough (English neither, I was about to write “the language skills don’t riitä” -.-)… I just feel like sounding kinda retarded at points. But yeah, I hope they don’t think so. ;)

Last weekend we spent in Helsinki, where I met his other 2 brothers. So now it’s only his mother who I don’t know yet.
But for the first time of real “meeting your bf’s family” and then even in Finnish it went really well. At least I liked all of them a lot and felt comfortable around them. :)
We went to see some car fair in Helsinki with another friend on Saturday. It was actually really cool (no Markus, I don’t write that to impress you, I’m just not AS uninterested in cars as you think ;P), there was a lot of tuned shit and awesome paintworks and so on… different kind of cars, trucks and motorbikes.
Made me miss going to see a Ralli though… especially cause two days before I saw Aris name on TV during Ralli SM and awww it made me miss Mäntyharju even more. But I might go there soon. :) Probably in two or three weeks.

Yeah, today was doomsday then, Markus left to Japan. Or – to be more exact – he is still somewhere over Russia in this very moment. But yeah, think positively – the 6 months have started to go over today. ;D And in 85 days I’m flying there myself to see him. :D
As I was quite down I met a friend whos on a visit in Finland and we went for Kebab.
Turned out to be a bad idea, as the kebabguy started to chat with us, asked our names, age and so one and my dear Aino started to tell him everything. Paranoid me panicks. I mean, she is right, he probably does that with every girl, but still. I don’t like it in general, especially from guys like that, but after too little sleep and having to say goodbye to Markus it was just too much. Especially cause the guy wanted our numbers in the end and didnt stop being annoying until we gave them to him – even tho of course mine was made up by myself and not my real number… xD
Still… I was SO happy to get out of there and according to my friend I was white as a wall. And my hunger was gone, too. Bah. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to eat Kebab again. Scaryscaryfuckingscary.

Then of course Facebook started to fuck around once more, to make sure to ruin the last nerves I had left. Great.
And when I wanted to make myself a hot chocolate to calm down I recognized that the milk had turned bad. v_v
Life hates me. xD

Anyways… the news of my life in brief.
And now I’m going to search for a replacement for the missing hot chocolate. Meh.

Pretty Klutz!

I somehow feel I haven’t posted anything in like… weeks? Maybe because I simply really didn’t.
Didn’t have any motivation to get anything done in the past weeks, but what would be a better reason to finally wite something, than a concert of the best liveband ever? Apocalyptica! <3

I’m very happy I got rid of my flu well enough to at least be able to go there.
Even though eventually it was good that we had seats. Never ever think a rock concert is less awesome when you are not able to stand, it’s bullshit. Or it’s just Apocalyptica – they simply always work.

The support band wasn’t too bad, but still senseless. Supportbands always are. Except when they are Nightwish’s support band and called Apocalyptica. O.o

I am quite happy I bought the new album yesterday before the concert. Because it’s awesome, like Eicca said. xD And he is right. (And “what the fuck is wrong with you people”, who don’t have it yet? xDD)
Perttu-Klutz was quite talkative, too, once more. In German. xD “Stuttgart, du bist schön!! … … … … Ich auch.” (“Stuttgart, you are beautiful! … Me too.” xD)

Picture taken with my new canon-Baby.
There was a special offer on those cameras yesterday, so I needed to buy one, as I only have those huge cameras.
I’m quite satisfied with the quality, if you compare it to price and conditions.

Now it’s half past 10 and I have been awake for almost 5 hours, because of the stupid dentist appointment at 7.15 (!!!)!
The second one. The actual one was yesterday, but yeah. My teeth + 1,5 years no dentist = bad.

But now I am finally free, the last remains of my flu slowly but surely vanish and maybe I can start to enjoy the holidays. Not thinking of that I should study for Finnish Law. Wellwell, so much stuff would be left undone, if there wasn’t the last minute.

Still alive!

Believe it or not! Haha. xD

Yeah, I was gone for ages, or at least not posting. Sorry to all people interested and also to those chicks who need to write stupid comments about my life without knowing me, because they don’t have an own one. =P
Sooo…

In short form, what happened?

I have been to Germany for two weeks, even though I arrived there 73 hours too late.
The full report I made out of this will be posted soon, but in German, as I was not planning on posting it at first and therefore wrote it in German. xD
So here’s the shorter version.

We’ve been on the cruise on December 16th with Nora, Irina, Alisa, Jasmin and Saba and everything was still fine. My first flight was supposed to leave from Stockholm to Berlin on Friday, December 17th at 3pm.
Already at the check in they spoke about 3 hours delay. In the end it was 5 hours delayed – before they told us it was cancelled and the next available flight was on SUNDAY evening. I met another girl there, so we were at least not alone. And we got hotels paid by airberlin, but still. I tried to change my connecting flight to TXL-STR instead of TXL-FRA, because Frankfurt airport was completely closed due to “snow chaos” (which is hilarious, when you come from Finland, but yeah. Germany.). But they told me that as long as the flight to Frankfurt isn’t officially cancelled they can’t rebook me.
So, we flew to Berlin with a little delay, but at least we got to know the captain and the cabin crew, which was really cool. (Even though they told us, there WERE free places on the planes on Saturday, but it was cheaper for airberlin to put us in a hotel. Assholes.)

And – who would have guessed. My connecting flight to Frankfurt WAS cancelled. So I spent the night at Berlin airport to take the earliest flight to Stuttgart the next morning.
Everything seemed to go well, we got on the plane perfectly in time, we were already in the de-icing when suddenly nothing moved anymore.
So after standing on the field for 3 full hours they forced us to leave the plane cause the flight was cancelled. AAAAARGH!
My Mum and Frank drove all the way from Biebesheim to Berlin to get me, because the next flight would’ve been on Tuesday.

Germany itself was great. Cheap stuff, good food, friends and family.
And of course a visit to the best musical ever – THE DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES. <3
And the flight back was almost without any problems.

I already booked the next one – in February. :D With FINNAIR and NON-STOP. And cheaper as the whole airberlin-nightmare in December. =P Too bad the week is too short to visit Stuttgart AND Biebesheim, but I’ll be back in summer for a longer time anyways. I just recognized that Germany is still too important for me, as that I could stay away for one whole year again.

Yeah, Sunday after I got home the real stress began, as I had to pack ALL my stuff before Monday morning, because I was moving.
I was close to loose my nerves at many points but in the end it was done and with huge help of Alisa and Denise and a loooooong time waiting for the keys at TOAS I arrived in Mikontalo in Hervanta. It is HUGE, it is probably after Näsinneula the biggest building all over Tampere. At least it feels like it. xD
Here’s a screenshot my Dad made in Google Streetview.

The left one. 12 floors. Laundry room reachable WITHOUT leaving the house. PLUS an own gym. =D

Here are some pics of my room after hours of cleaning up and decorating:

“Balcony” xD

A lake in 3 minutes walking-distance. =D

Well, as you can see yourself – relatively new furniture, prettier wallcolors and so on. I guess it really was the right decision to move. Even though Hervanta isn’t said to be the best part of Tampere – it’s anyways better than Lukonmäki. xD

Well, the rest of Monday I spent with Trent and our German exchange student Christina and whole Tuesday I have been on the first orientation day for the exchange-students.
We got awesome tutor-shirts. =D Darkred with Tamko-logo and our names on them. :D

Yesterday we had a sauna-evening, which shocked most of the female exchange students, because they are not used to see naked Finns running past them and jumping into the snow. XDDDDDD

Today I spent sleeping, doing my laundry, watching a movie (Remember Me – it’s with Robert  Pattinson but it’s still worth watching. He might be ugly but in that movie he is a really great actor. And the movie’s so touching.) and being in the gym. It’s awesome to have an own gym. It’s even really pretty.

Tomorrow I’ll meet Alisa to get the lense for my new camera I got from her – Canon EOS 450D – <3.
And now I’m gonna make something to eat. XD
